Had to use ADAC twice since being a member and am very satisfied with their services. This App takes away so much stress. Instead of calling on the phone and getting through, a few simple steps on this App and the service and notifications keep rolling in. You know where your assistant is, when he will arrive and then you receive a phone call from him before arrival. So convenient! Just curious to know how this works in other countries like Switzerland, France, Italy.

I had to call ADAC for my child’s bike, and I was very impressed with the service. The support was quick, and I was able to get assistance in English from both the customer service team and the service technician. The technician arrived promptly, was very friendly with the kids, and made the whole experience stress-free. It’s great to see such professionalism combined with a warm, approachable attitude. Highly recommend!
