I've played CN before EN launch, EN since day1 - I can confidently say that this game is extremely good (amazing story, characters). It's fun theory crafting teams and working towards certain goals, ranking, expanding your collection - however, the client is extremely bad. So bad in fact, that it's become the #1 reason for me quitting the game. Loads are slow and everywhere, transitions lag, logging in takes half a minute minimum -you spend more time waiting for the client than actually playing.

Very convoluted story, yet with quite enough freedom to explore what isn't explicitly touched upon. The artwork used ingame isn't all over the place but follows the choosen theme very closely. Very nice soundtrack. The gameplay, while quite fast-paced within the context of fights, can feel repetitive. Yet it integrates well into the setting.

Love the game. Have played for years. However, recently I have not been able to play, as the game just will not work. It will just freeze up at the menu or a loading screen, if it even boots up at all. This is especially frustrating, as I was close to completing a timed event (reward was an outfit) AND had just spent money on one of the passes. Just recently updated from a Pixel 5 to a Pixel 8 Pro, and that seems to be when the issues began, although others seem to be having the issues as well.
