Browsing is a UX nightmare. I have to scroll through a list of thousands of concerts and can't filter by location. Tours aren't grouped, so I end up scrolling past the same concerts over and over, just in different cities. I thought I found tickets to a soccer game and it turned out to be an offer to switch tickets? Somewhere there is a UX Professional that Product Managers aren't listening to.

With every passing year this app gets worse. The "security" makes it nearly impossible for legitimate users to get tickets because you keep getting kicked out, having to sign back in after losing your place in queue. Meanwhile scalpers still buy enough that events are sold out in less than a minute. Now the app pops up ads to sell any tickets you manage to get, because price gouging once is apparently not enough. Garbage app from a garbage company.

The ticketmaster app is trash, their website is even worst. They now charge fees to both sellers and buyers. They charger sellers 10% fee and buyers an extra 25% on top of the sellers listing price. This is horrible for nfl ticket holders, u set a price to sell and ticketmaster lists it 25% higher. Also when the event is close to taking place, they will remove your access to adjust price, transfer or sale so that they can take them from you at a desperately lower cost. Ticketmaster is a scam!
