We like some of the features of this organisation but the website is extremely slow and the app is glitchy with "near me". We also learned the hard way, as another reviewer pointed out, that if you overstay by a small amount after 24 hours, you get charged for a whole extra day despite the fact that they have a 5 hour rate. it would be far fairer to only charge that rate for an overstay instead of a full day rate for a small amount of extra time. Beware!

You enter a site, use the facilities, then leave within a 5 hours and you'll get charged around 5 euros. If you over stay a stopover by less than 30 minutes, then your charged a full day which doesnt make sense. The length of stay permitted is too much I think. 3-5 nights should be the maximum. Some vans look like they're set up for weeks. Its loosing its appeal as an aire becasue you can book ahead. We arrived at one location which was fully booked but it had lots of empty bays, very annoying.

locks up,crashes Terrible. Also, does not accept UK phone number. It says they only accept European numbers. Guess what? We are European! No means of logging on. Did not accept my existing card at gate of site so had to buy a new one. Nice sites. It's a shame that the App and experience is poor.
