As a longtime Fire Emblem, I found the game rather disappointing. Maybe it's still in the experimental stage, but if you play the originals, you might not like this one. Your characters move automatically towards the enemy target rather being able to guide them and plan your movements. No character growth—at least not from what I've played so far—that make the original game great. I don't speak for everyone and people may like it, but I, personally don't think it's a Fire Emblem game.

Initially I liked it but the matchmaking is bad. You need to level multiple characters to get their skills, so you have to constantly climb at lower levels, but by then you will have powerful skills and weapons, lvl cap does less because of this. I frequently find myself in the situation where although both players identify the traitor, he nukes them and times his spells to nuke them on respawn. Also, Sting is ridiculous... With some strategizing, you can nuke people despite mobility spells.

Really fun strategy game, it's also very addicting. Although is different from normal Fire Emblem games, it's still a very good different approach at the game and can hook you for hours. If you want to play a more Fire Emblem like game, play Feh, if you want to play a different new approach to the series, this game is for. Although many people complain about it, most don't even play for an hour and say it's not Fire Emblem. Give it a chance and you'll find out yourself it's a great game.
