This app is really helpful, especially for my sleep. I was having trouble leaving my phone alone in bed, and it was affecting my sleep. Now I start a 2 hour challenge, and set my phone aside. Knowing I can't touch my phone without paying, even a small amount, really does help. Before too long, I drift off. I'm really pleased with this app. Edited to add: I've started having a problem where it starts but the timer doesn't count down and after the time I set (usually 4 hours) I have to hit "quit"

Hello Lisa, the end of the detox is saved to the system scheduler to prevent any mistakes. The time on the main screen can cycle between time left > end time > current time. If it is not moving, it is the end time. Could you use the Left ≡ menu → (?) Support → Report a bug, and send your application logs, when the detox does not end, please? Thanks

I love the app but since the last updste it does not let me use my keyboard anymore. For example: Spotify is whitelisted but I cant search for a song because apparently opening the samsung keyboard is cheating. It also closes the gallery even though it's whitelisted and I have no idea how to fix this. I basically want to get rid of all the distracting apps but keep apps like maps, spotify, gallery & capcut (for work). The App is pretty much unusable for me right now and i miss it!

Hello, on Samsung, the keyboard does not work if you enable Samsung's default off feature called Edge panels, and these apps must be added to the list of allowed apps as well to allow rendering the keyboard - com.samsung.accessibility, com.samsung.android.samsungpass, and com.samsung.android.spay. More details at support@urbandroid.org. Thank you.

More feedback (deleting my old review for space): I wish this wasn't gamified. If I need to pay the accountability fee, that's fine, but I'd prefer if it neither kept track of my success rate nor logged my failures with a big, sad face. It's actually really demoralising for the app to hold that against you. Furthermore, I hate how it reminds you of how many days it's been since you detoxed, as if you should be ashamed of this. Just let me block without the judgement or the reminders of how long

Hello Erin, the block of the system settings during the breaks is intentional for obvious reasons. If you try to enter the settings, the break is immediately terminated. If you must use the system settings, you need to do so outside the active detox, or add them to the list of allowed apps. Long-pressing the icon for uninstall is blocked too.
