It's a great app, however I have renewed my account back in September and it was giving my daughter a prompt saying to upgrade for more reading. I can't understand why it's asking me to upgrade to the yearly subscription when I have already did. On that note, I have submitted 3 helpdesk requests for billing and subscription and I haven't heard or received any feedback from them.

When it works, it works well but offline books need review. I downloaded this app because you were able to download books and read them offline. this would have been perfect for my 12 hour flight with my 3 year old son, except that when I reopened the app on the plane, all the books I had downloaded were wiped out.. I've downloaded books on 3 separate occasions and each time they disappear after a period of time. no idea why. If they could fix this then it would be a great app.

This was used for students where I used to work and they enjoyed it. I wanted to see if the family version would appeal to my son, but I can't look it over without the seven day "free" trial, and to start the trial I HAVE to turn on automatic paid subscription renewal. I've had so much trouble in the past with turning off automatic renewal, after trialling a service I quickly decided I didn't want, that I am deeply reluctant to do it again.
