Good App. After the latest update, the filters are not working properly. Also, movements are wrongly categorized under Sound. Some movements are just snapshots with a message event cannot be played however the same is available in sound. This requires a quick fix. Phillips should also give some ability to view or extract the videos from SD card and see on PC/Laptop.

I don't understand why this camera doesn't record when it's supposed to. The first major problem is that it doesn't record all the time, only when it detects sound or movement. Secondly when I need to view an important event, most of the time I get the error of "Event not found. Playback video not possible as event cannot be found in SD card storage." I mean what is the purpose of a secure camera if it cannot record events. Wasted money. I have to invest in local hard drive based CCTV cameras.

After updating the app, I am not able to connect or add additional devices. When called customer care, he said there is some technical issue and didn't give any clarity as to when the technical issue will be resolved. The camera is ideal for almost the past 4 days and if any incident happens will not be able to identify and the purpose of installing the camera is useless. Never expected such poor response from Phillips team and investing such a huge amount on cameras..!!!

What's new

Important update is now complete for existing users. Please reconnect your cameras and configure SD card storage to continue protecting your home. Cloud Subscription support has been discontinued — starting a new plan is no longer possible. If you have guest users, please re-share their invitations.
