 The app has changed quite a bit since I first got it, and lots of good features have been added. However, since the last update, hot water is on 6-10min on ECO when it says it would be 10-14min if I choose that option. i don't use hot water, so I expect it to be 10-14min all around so when I do want to use it, it's available. The concept of time is also just wrong, it's never worked, and the view of hot water as a volume measure seems like a better idea if the time/flow is not working.

 The App is too automatic, and takes away control of what you actually need and want to what a software geek thinks you want. You cannot set up individual days, just weekdays or weekends. It doesn't take any consideration of those that work from home some days or a shift pattern. There's no simple 'stop' heating button to instantly turn off the system. The Octopus energy timings are incorrect. This app wastes energy, which defeats the object of an ASHP. I could go on, needs a serious redesign.

 The app is improving but still seems buggy. I use the nighttime cooldown setting, while it does reduce the heat at night it doesn't come on immediately at the designated time in the morning often with a lag of two hours or so.
