Decided to try again a couple months later. Still crashes!!! So many things I like of this game, but 2 serious issues: Crashes very often, for the littlest thing, like starting or winning, or returning from the play store, or returning from a browser page. And it has way too many ads! Just sit there thinking on a tower board and it jumps to an ad (and of course it crashes too!), or start the game & there's an ad. Others have these same 2 complaints (for months). Is it ever going to improve? :-(

Had to do a factory reset of phone, lost historical all data (a significant history of playing and associated coins/gens/ other rewards). Tried to reach out to support as listed in the app - email no longer exists. So glad I hadn't paid for the app yet (would be still have been willing to do so if customer support had just been reachable and able to fix this).

Great game and app. However, something is off recently with the secondary games. You can't play Wordlink without keys. Keys don't carry over once the prize wheel changes. And Wordlink now only comes up after the wheel has changed. So basically you can't play Wordlink anymore. Can you fix this?

We're deeply sorry about this. This word being in the game is unacceptable and we already removed it. Google already approved our version 0.6.3 that, if you update, lets you replay yesterday's challenge.
We're already working on our tools so this never happens again. Again, we're sorry and hope you give us a chance to do better in the future.
