The app is easy enough to use, but some info is hidden from the customers. Apparently, one is required to use a credit card for SUVs. The app would still accept a debit card, but it also says you'll need to pass an online address check to make a reservation. I chose this option, only to receive a call immediately from enterprise saying not all of their offices accept this method of payment. I'll need to phone around to find the one that accepts debit cards, which I found diabolical.

Simply Fantastic. It's very easy to use, you can select and remove things as necessary. Amending dates and times is also very straightforward and convenient, completely hassle free. It's also very reassuring knowing your booking is secured, you needn't worry about anything. It's also a great feature allowing you to pay on arrival.

Better hang onto the local office's phone number & use it to be sure you get a vehicle. The app has quirks that prevent confirmations in spite of text messages you may receive. I tried 6 times to enter the requested credit card info & my profile is still not updated.

• Included the option to confirm and/or modify your hire in the app
• Fixed bugs, improved the UI and did some refreshing under the hood."
