After emailing customer support several times, the issue I had was resolved. My LO can now enjoy using the app again. The design has changed and I feel that not as much content is available now vs. before the update. Perhaps more will be added after all the kinks have been worked out.

We used to love the app. I pay yearly for it. But it updated 2 days ago (8/28/25) and now I cannot screen cast to my TV. I have a Vizio TV and Xfinity, we cannot add the Babyfirst app on the TV. So the only way my baby could watch the shows was when Id screen cast it and y'all took it away! That was the best feature! I tried casting today (10/7/25) and the sound would play but not the picture. 1st you told me by Oct 1st now its by the end of the year? -_- at this point ill cancel and use YouTube

we've been using the app for a year now and loved it. the recent update however does not allow screen casting from my phone. your can hear the sounds just no picture. I have emailed support about it seeing if they have ideas and no response. very upsetting - my kids love the shows!
