After a bit of playtime, I can say general gameplay is pretty decent. Trying to get to the gameplay is somewhat painful having to click out of 4 to 7 pop-ups when opening the game. While you can technically grind for better planes than the starter ones, it's an onslaught of grinding to get there because you only earn 1 to 4 gems when you need 400 for alright planes, 1000 for the better ones and it goes way up from there. It's clearly a game made for pay pigs. Don't play if you don't wanna grind.

It's an okay galaga / 1942 style game, but OMG the up-selling is outrageous. Main menu UI gets filled to the brim with icon after icon for whatever event or upgrade they're using to justify spamming micro transactions that aren't even micro - $30, $50, $100 - it's ridiculous. Progression without purchasing is tedious. Ads are available to "boost" things, but honestly the "boosted" rewards should be base, and extras should be offered for ads/money.

Used to be great and fun but now, it's horrible. After the latest "big update" the game is no longer fun especially being in a Division. Check the FB group and you will see lots of complaints. Basically the upgrade was more of a downgrade meaning, we used to earn more items now it is drastically less than 90% less meaning now it's difficult to earn, it forces more people to pay. I used to pay a premium but I have cancelled it, I have not played as much as I used to, no longer exciting.
