Rubbish app. Sharing device doesn't work. Want to be able to use Air Fryer from my and my partner's phone. Setup device from my phone and share the device to my partner. She logs in and there is no device there. I try to add the device and it says it's owned by another user. Next time I open this app and tap to connect to my device it says it is not selected. It shouldn't be this hard. EDIT: turns out the app is very very slow. When sharing, I just had to wait for the app and it worked.

This is the worse app I ever used from a big brand. It always error out and told something went wrong and try again. But tried so many times still the same error without telling me what was wrong. Not easy to use either. UPDATE: After few days of trying and lots of research online, I found that I have to turn off VPN on my phone and connect only to 2.4GHz wifi in order to make it work. I would not have to spend so much time if they either mention it ahead of time in the setup page or the error.

Why do you send me an email telling me to install this when the appliance I bought is not even supported. I first spent literally an hour trying to put in an order with a discount code - Including creating a new E-mail so I could start over with new account. And now installing an app that has nothing to do with my purchase. Philips is a great brand, but your name is tarnished when your web store and apps just do not measure up.

Please be advised that the app is recommended for tips, tricks, and device maintenance, etc. Whether the device is listed in the app also will depend on released products in your chosen country.
