About this app

Tpl Fvg has been the manager of the urban and suburban local public transport service in Friuli Venezia Giulia since 2020. With the Tpl Fvg app you can plan your trip, buy tickets, consult service information in real time and stay updated on the main events scheduled in the region. You can pay for tickets directly from your smartphone and before boarding, by credit card or with Masterpass, SatisPay, PostePay or SisalPay. Formed by the union of the four companies that have managed the public transport service in Gorizia, Pordenone, Udine and Trieste in the past, the Tpl Fvg consortium guarantees high quality levels and an operational assistance service every day of the week, including holidays, from 6:00 to 22:00 on the free phone number 800.052040. All information on the service is also available on the website www.tplfvg.it.

Worst public transport app out there! I used it to buy tickets and the app got stuck in the process of showing the final ticket that you need to activate. Lucky us, the ticket inspectors came, they didn't help or care what happened and tried to get 140 EUR from both of us, which we refused to pay. Luckily after multiple attempts our tickets where shown and it was visible that we bought them before entering the bus due to the time stamp. I heard of other people with the same issue. Horrible app!

2 months ago it worked ok. Now I can only see "An unknown error has occurred" all the time... does not allow to login to buy tickets. You cannot even check the route of a certain bus if the departure time was even 1 min ago... Edit: Unfortunately the only change I got after the update is a typo in "An unkwnown error has occurred". I tried reinstalling and removing app cache but it did not help.

Tickets bought on a device are not visible on other devices sharing the same account and you need to ask a human being to transfer them. Awful 😞. In the FAQ they say that this is to avoid duplicate of tickets, but this is not a valid objection: just assign to every ticket a unique ID and invalidate the used ones. It is much easier using a PC instead of a mobile phone. I think I will never use this app again

Buongiorno Riccardo, i biglietti del servizio di trasporto pubblico locale sono vincolati per norme anticontraffazione all'account e al dispositivo dai quali vengono acquistati. Non è pertanto un errore o una mancanza, ma una necessità. Se ha bisogno di trasferire i titoli da un dispositivo all'altro ci può scrivere a servizioclienti@tplfvg.it
