After almost two years of playing, after completing the required Human Passport procedure and after withdrawing tokens from the game to my wallet for the first time, it turned out that they blocked my ability to deposit/withdraw. After contacting support, they said they would not unblock the withdrawals and would not provide a reason for this , becouse of security reasons, whatever that means, they don't even have enough respect for players to provide a reason... shame .
