I had this insurance for dental care. It is awful, and after 2 months of applying for the claim. I did not even receive email that what will happen and why they have not paid anything. Although it is just 200 euros the first year, the only amount they offer!!! Customer service also sucks when you call it takes a few days, they call you back, and just one ring they hang up!

It is super easy to upload the documents for insurance claims. Simple user interface. The experience was a lot easier than my previous insurance who always insisted I post the documents. Took me about 1min to file a claim for a dentist bill. They send an email right after uploading the document to confirm they received it which is nice. The only small complaint is that the camera doesn't focus on the document properly when using the photo option in the app. I had to use my normal camera app.

The problem is not the app itself but the absolutely horrendous customer service and the fact that it can take months to receive a response to an insurance claim with nothing received other than a generic and automated email response
