Unlogical navigation. Essential things can't be done. eg: For an insurance document there is a whole page explaining what needs to be uploaded. No mention how though, Seems you have to create a ticket, and then you don't hear a thing for a month. Another document is rejected. No possibility to correct. Only mention is to open it on the PC??? And then it is verry difficult to get a reply when you contact somebody...
