Easily, the worst rental car app out of every single one of them. It wouldn't link my corporate code to my account. When I called for help the best they could do for me was telling me to try it on a desktop, because "sometimes it doesn't work on the app." I would not use national if I wasn't forced to for work.

I've been trying to create an emerald club account on and off for two years, both on their site and in the app. Every time, it says my credit card isn't supported. I've tried multiple cards with multiple carriers. Additionally, I've never been able to get the lookup feature to work, with name and confirmation number.

There is a bug when trying to view a receipt from a previous trip. The receipt never loads and hitting the back button crashes the app.
