This apps is useless. I have tried to book two return ticket from Jakarta to London yesterday (Jun 10, 2025). After payment settlement, up to now, I haven't yet received any booking confirmation while my credit card was charged. I have also tried to contact Ettihad through this apps and still there is no appropriate suggestion to solve the matter. Again, the same problem happened. My bank confirmed that I have paid extra baggage, however the apps hasn't yet send me a receipt of it.

I am ALWAYS sent to a screen asking to check my details. I follow the instructions. The button you need to press to proceed is NEVER highlighted, so it is impossible to proceed that way. It's been the same for at least 3 months. Correct this as soon as possible.

completely useless app will not let me log and keeps starting over you enter the code sent by email and still does not work. Spent 45 mins on the phone to customer services who eventually checked me in over the phone. This is very frustrating and not acceptable for a regular flyer with Etihad.
