Truly the worst app I've ever used. This is the first review I've ever left for an app. I've gone through the process of trying to verify my identity 4 times, I've already paid a fee to get it verified, and yet it keeps failing and not explaining what went wrong. And I have to log in with my password every. single. time. I can't wait to fly again so I can choose any other airline.

Not only is this the worst app I have ever used: it's slow, it's unresponsive, it's ugly and asks for a lot more information than it should need, but also Ryanair as a company is just ... wrong: They prey on susceptible people with cheap advertised prices, and then just add one insanely high priced fee after another. And then they FORCE you to use this app or pay another 55€ check in fee. After all that, they have the audacity to ask for a review. My recommendation: avoid at all cost!

The app is shamefully bad, "developers" are a sad shame, but most important is to avoid this company. The check-in option is conveniently not working right before the flight. Neither in the app or website. What a waste of patience and time! They forced me to install the app as the website was not working and I need to check-in but they're only forcing you to download their app so they can fill your phone with cookies and trackers and so profit with your personal information.
