For most of the times the app works fine. But if I can't be connected to Internet, it will take at least a good minute to show a ticket. Even better I got a notification to "enjoy new features" when on train without Internet and my ticket got checked. Seriously, let me take screenshot so I can use any of the pictures viewing apps to show my ticket within 1s instead of not being able to show it when on the train... Or fix the app to check for Internet async, it's 2024, this is just stupid.

 Really bad!!!! UI is not working. Authentication is very bad!!!! Again it happened. after each update, I cannot log into it. Even after following instructions of the support team, it is not working. the update is not there and when the app says update, it does not get updated!!!

Hi Sina, we’re sorry you’re running into trouble with the app. In most cases this happens when an older version is still installed. Please delete the current app, download the latest version from the store, and then follow the password-reset link. If you need help, just write to us at contact@navit.com and we’ll get you sorted right away.

 edit: this has improved since now you can quite easily put the ticket into your Google/apple wallet, so I moved it to 4 stars old: Imagine it's time to have your ticket checked, and this app decides it's time to not load, or log you out. Average user experience with this app is this, every single time. Why do I need an app to view the ticket? Just let me save it as a pass in wallet....
