Very disappointing. I booked 3 return call appointments: twice I got an automated email saying my phone wasn’t reachable (just minutes after the scheduled time), and the third time I requested an English-speaking caller, no one ever contacted me. It’s been 2 months. For a service recommended by insurance to support people with fear and depression, we deserve real human help — not just automated emails. ------ the same automation here too, we can see your response.

Die Kombination aus persönlicher Betreuung und digitalen Inhalten passt sehr gut zusammen. Die Inhalte sind verständlich und grafisch schön aufbereitet. Mir gefällt Außerdem die wissenschaftliche Basis, die diese Therapie bekräftigt. Sehr zu empfehlen! ----- The combination of professional guidance and digital content goes well together. The contents are understandable and pretty to look at. I also like the scientific basis that supports this therapy. Highly recommended. (Only in german though)
