Beware: the app sometimes hangs for no reason and you can't activate a scooter. Neither by scanning, nor by entering the digits. First the support tells you to walk 20 minutes to the next one (because the one you try to scan they say is broken, I bet without even checking), and after the next one doesn't work as well, they ask you to reinstall the app. After that, it works. I wonder why this doesn't happen with other apps.

Bought the pass last week since it's the most convenient way to travel between home and work and think the scooters themselves are the better than competitors. After multiple edits I end up giving the app only 1 star. Geofencing slowing you down in the midst of traffic, regular errors when unlocking or scooters "not available" makes it frustrating to use. It's even worse when you can't log out of the scooter because the app thinks you're not on a ride. Fortunately, support gave compensation.

Can't log in, when trying to paste the SMS code, the input field only accepts one number. Then when trying to delete a number it's not possible to clear the input field. Pressing back results in having to request a new SMS, after the second attempt I just get an error message that too many codes have been requested so I'm not able to log in. It's a very frustrating experience.
