It crashes, hungs, and finally when you are logged, you try to download an old document and it doesn't work, so you have to open a ticket to make it available again... Quite useless when, on the contrary, it should be a must have application. Quite deceived.

This app feels like an afterthought and is ignored in the whole customer experience context of UBS. For example, it's a core feature of your banking experience (all account statements are shared here), but you can't use the UBS Access App to login. Your most likely better served by juat using e-banking in a web browser where you have seamless integration. Unless of course you continously carry around your access card (or juse one if the alternative options which provide less security)

Please excuse the inconvenience. Once you enter your contract number in UBS Safe, the option to log in using the Access App will appear. Login with Access app does not work, very frustrating. From what I see in the reviews, it doesn't allow to download documents outside of it. What's the point of it then?? I'm not reading my statements for fun, I usually need to get them for various reasons! Also, if I'm already logged in with my main bank app why in the world do I have to login again and again and again?? Such a poor poor poor customer experience.
