The idea is really good. Starting to learn is easy and fun. Unfortunately, you don't get past learning how to tune and simple fingerpicking unless you buy the subscription. That's very disappointing and misleading as the description reads differently. That's why I uninstalled the app again shortly after installing it.

It makes ukelele really easy to learn, but I only gave it 4 stars because it does miss out on teaching you some fundamentals (e.g., reading music notation is not part of the default). I'd appreciate more advice on technique and making chord changes easier. Also, some of the songs seem way too fast for 4th level, but I'm getting there... Haven't missed a day of practice thanks to the gamefication aspect of it! Thanks, I love it!

The app is great, and the user interface is just as good as they come. The only problem is the PAYWALL. My ukulele is less expensive than the subscription 🙃 make it make sense. I don't mind seeing 10 ads before each lesson because this is the best way to learn how to play (yt videos are confusing and not for absolute beginners). they are no alternative apps. Devs and corporate people do the right things pls!
