Requirements

• You are over 18 years old
• You have a private checking account with TARGOBANK that has been activated for online banking
• You have a valid TARGOBANK debit card (girocard)
• You have stored a valid mobile phone number with TARGOBANK,
• You have Internet access, Read_Phone_State and Access_Network_State
• Your smartphone has Android version 6.0 (or higher) and an NFC interface.

Notes

1. The payment app only supports TARGOBANK bank details.
2. Small time delays when depositing cards are possible, depending on the quality of the internet connection.
3. To register successfully you must enter the SMS code. Please do not pass this code on to anyone.
4. To access the stored cards, log in to us via the payment app with your login details for TARGOBANK online banking. You then use biometrics or your smartphone unlock code for the payment process.
5. Paying with your smartphone in stores works at all checkout terminals that support contactless payment and your TARGOBANK debit card (girocard).
6. For trouble-free operation, we recommend allowing payment app updates.
7. The use of the payment app is free of charge for you.
8. By using the payment app, you unreservedly accept the conditions of TARGOBANK's end user license agreement and take note of the data protection information.
9. When depositing the debit card (girocard), access to the location is required.
10. The payment app is not offered for routed devices for security reasons.
