on a train to coimbra trying to book a seat on a bus from coimbra...app does not have coimbra as a starting place, every time it goes to my last search ,lisbon- coimbra which also failed...why do I have to put a passport number to buy a bus ticket? I still have not managed to buy a ticket to get home will I be stuck in coimbra? my wife tried to book the same bus and your site did not accept her email address. absolutely terrible site . if there was an alternative I would take that

Very easy and simple to use, the app works amazing and it's very straightforward. I use the English version of it, by the way, so it's even easy for foreigners who need to purchase bus tickets. The discounts are amazing and I find myself preferring myRNE to any other bus company. Pretty good! My suggestion is to allow to link to Google wallet, but that won't lower my rating.

User unfriendly. Ticket changing and revalidating conditions are never clearly presented before the buy, and it's a nightmare to get any of the two done, if you need it, expressly made difficult by the company, and while buying a ticket takes less than five minutes, they reserve themselves the right to up to 15 working days to pay a refund, in the few cases they will allow for that.
